Can I cancel my order as long as it has not been sent?

Yes, you may. Just send us an email with your order number to link: info@vollends.com., we'll take care of it. It usually takes us two working days to send out the items.

Do I need necessarily need a user account to place an order?

No, you can also order at vollends without having to create an account - as often as you want. Please just send us an email to info@vollends.com and tell us the name of the item, the quantity and your shipping address with the corresponding zip code. We'll then process your order immediately.
